The Riverhounds had few answers for the surging Charlotte Independence, losing 3-1 before a sellout crowd at Highmark Stadium on Tuesday.

“All I can say is that it was very, very frustrating night for us,” Corey Hertzog, Hounds leading scorer who hasn’t scored a goal since early June.
