Hounds announce busy preseason slate

It will be a busy preseason for the Riverhounds.
On Tuesday, the club announced a pretty rigorous schedule spanning eight matches in total between early February and March 10 — two weeks prior to the start of the USL season.
The Hounds will travel outside the confines of Highmark Stadium only twice to face the University of Pittsburgh and Bethlehem Steel FC on March 2 and March 4, respectively.
While it’s a schedule filled with six collegiate opponents on the front end, the club will wrap-up its slate of friendlies against two USL foes in Steel FC, as well as Penn FC in its preseason finale on March 10.
Matches located at Highmark Stadium are free to attend for the public.
The club currently has 14 players signed to its roster, and on Friday, Hounds Head Coach Bob Lilley said that there will be a number of additional players invited on trial to preseason camp, which begins February 5.
