Lynd, Kerr will miss Saturday’s match

Both Kevin Kerr and Dan Lynd will miss Saturday's match vs Charlotte due to injuries

Riverhounds SC has announced goalkeeper Dan Lynd and midfielder Kevin Kerr are expected to be out for Saturday’s game (7 p.m. kickoff) against the Charlotte Independence at Highmark Stadium.

Starting in 19 of Pittsburgh’s 23 games this season, Lynd was forced to leave last match with a head injury at Bethlehem in the 74th minute after colliding with Steel FC’s Brenden Aaronson, as the keeper came off his line to make a sliding save.

Kerr sustained a calf injury earlier this week in training. The midfielder has made 19 appearances this season, netting two goals and four assists.

A timetable has not been set for Lynd or Kerr’s return.
