Pittsburgh Hotspurs women to hold first open tryouts this Saturday

Pittsburgh Hotspurs are inviting aspiring female soccer players looking to continue playing soccer at highest level possible in our region for its WPSL team tryout to be held at Linton Middle School this Saturday, December 21st from 4-6 p.m. 

In November, the ever-expanding Hotspurs organization announced the addition of a women’s first team that will compete in the WPSL this coming Spring/Summer.

Pittsburgh Hotspurs SC reveal the addition of women’s first-team

Pittsburgh Hotspurs will competes in the WPSL’s Mid-Atlantic Conference with other clubs from the region, from the end of May through mid-Summer. 

The club will maintain a strong focus on homegrown talent while looking at opportunities to help Pittsburgh players play internationally and give international players an opportunity to play in Pittsburgh.

Home matches during the 2020 WPSL season will be played at Founders Field in Cheswick.
