Amanda West was named the ACC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.

With four goals in two Pitt home victories last week against Boston College (4-3) and Navy (4-1), West became the Pitt women’s soccer program’s all-time leader in career points (54) and set the single-season record for goals (11).

West scored the first goal in win over the Eagles on a penalty kick that she drew herself and had the first goal of the second half that allowed the Panthers to tie the game up. In the 4-1 win over the Midshipmen on Sunday, she recorded a brace, including the game-winner that also allowed her to set the sophomore season record for points (25).
