North Allegheny storms out to early lead, and never looks back in 3-0 win at Norwin

1st half:

GOAL – NA 3, Norwin 0 – Shupansky!!! 3-0 North Allegheny. A ball gets behind the defenders and foot race between Schupansky and Waszkiewicz which Schupansky wins and left foots it into the goal.

GOAL – NA 2, Norwin 0 – Own goal for Norwin to give North Allegheny the 2-0 lead. Schupansky on the short corner fired it across the 6-yard box and was deflected into the goal.

GOAL – NA 1, Norwin 0 – Anna Bundy cleans up the loose ball from a shot by Sarah Schupansky.

  • FINAL: Butler 4,  Upper St. Clair 0 

BUTLER 1, USC 0 – Butler’s Sam Miller scores from 10 yards out. 1-0 Golden Tornado 23rd minute.

Plum goal in the seventh minute of the second half – Kaitlyn Killinger scores from about 15 yards off an assist from Ava Waleski. The Mustangs lead Thomas Jefferson 3-0.

He is also author of 'Miracle on the Mon' -- a book about the Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC, which chronicles the club, particularly the early years of Highmark Stadium with the narrative leading up to and centered around a remarkable match that helped provide a spark for the franchise. John has covered sports for Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, DK Pittsburgh Sports, Pittsburgh Sports Report, has served as color commentator on Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC broadcasts, and worked with OPTA Stats and broadcast teams for US Open Cup and International Champions Cup matches held in the US. Krysinsky also served as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at his alma mater, Point Park University, where he led the Pioneers to the first-ever winning seasons and playoff berths (1996-98); head coach of North Catholic boys (2007-08), associate head coach of Shady Side Academy boys (2009-2014).
