City United improved to 3-1 in UPSL Rust Belt North Division with its defeat of Western Ville on Saturday night at UPMC’s Graham Park in Wilkinsburg.

PCUFC will now focus its attention on its US Open Cup match vs Roc City Boom to be played Saturday, September 18 at 5 p.m.

The honeymoon ended for Pittsburgh City United FC last week, as they lost its first match to Sure Sports last Saturday.  Now, PCUFC (2-1 overall) return home for a meting with Western Ville, another team out of Maryland on Saturday.

A win will keep City United right in the mix and keep them in contention for the top spot in the Division with plenty of games remaining on the schedule.

In its first home game, City United broke open a tight match with Germantown to score two late goals on Sunday, August 29 at Highmark Stadium.
