Coaches Corner: Robert Morris’ Jason O’Keefe breaks down Hounds’ 2-0 win vs Loudoun United FC

In our debut edition of Coaches Corner, we take a look back at the Riverhounds SC’s 2-0 win against Loudoun United FC with Robert Morris Men’s Soccer Coach Jason O’Keefe.

For the first hour plus of the match, the Hounds battled Loudoun United FC in a scoreless affair.  After the Hounds brought on three new subs, they surged by DC United’s second team, thanks in large part to Dane Kelly’s goals, with assists coming from Albert Dikwa and Kenardo Forbes.

Coach O’Keefe provides his analysis and takeaways from Saturday’s match at Highmark Stadium, as he was in attendance, watching not only the Hounds, but another coach who he knows very well, Loudoun United’s Ryan Martin.

In addition, O’Keefe talked about Robert Morris University’s men’s soccer program’s continued progress under his direction, how things have been going during the Spring training and season, plus he shares what it was like for him and his players to connect fecently with RMU grad and current The Miami FC and Jamaican National Team member Devon ‘Speedy’ Williams.
