The Riverhounds SC surged past a pesky Loudoun United FC, 2-0, thanks in large part to the USL Championship’s all-time leading goal scorer, Dane Kelly, coming off the bench to play the roll as a super sub, by scoring twice in the second half on a cold, damp Saturday night at Highmark Stadium.

FINAL: Riverhounds SC 2, Loudoun United 0

With the win, the Hounds remain unbeaten through its first four matches (3-0-1, 10 points), trailing only Louisville City (3-0-2, 11 points).

Pittsburgh Soccer Now‘s Jordan Smith caught up with Head Coach Bob Lilley and Kelly after the match.

Look for more match analysis coming later on Sunday evening from Pittsburgh Soccer Now, as we will be featuring a new segement called Coaches Corner, where area coaches will break down the Hounds’ performance.
