Sounding Off on Soccer: Randy Waldrum and Pitt women’s soccer gear up for a big 2023

Pitt Women’s Soccer Head Coach Randy Waldrum was recently given a five-year contract extension at the University and will also be embarking on a very busy 2023, as he will also be guiding the Nigerian Women’s National team into the FIFA Women’s World Cup to be played in Australia later this Summer.

So, it was a great time to reconnect with Waldrum, who guided the Panthers to its first ever NCAA Women’s Soccer appearance and trip to the Sweet 16 in 2022, as he prepares for the year ahead, with his team currenting going through early Spring training period.
