In the latest edition of Sounding Off on Soccer podcast, John Krysinsky is joined by Duquesne’s men’s Head Coach Chase Brooks, who’s has the program on the upswing, especially in the past couple of seasons when they’ve had success in the Atlantic 10, have earned National Rankings in the United Soccer Coaches poll and have a couple of former players, Jayden Da and Nate Dragisich, earn professional contracts.
In his 12th season at Duquesne, Brooks has guided the Dukes to 29 wins, the best three-year total since 2004 to 2006. Overall, his 77 total wins rank second in program history and are five shy of the program record of 82 established by Wade Jean from 1998 to 2005.
The Dukes open the 2024 campaign with a pair of home matches, first taking on Seton Hill on Thursday (7 pm) at Rooney Field, then they host Canisius on Sunday (12 Noon).
