WPIAL Girls Soccer Scores (10/3/2020): Fox Chapel continue to impress, SSA & Seneca Valley pick up big section wins

Here’s the WPIAL Girls Soccer scoreboard from this first Saturday in October.

In a few key matches among teams at the top of their respective sections, Shady Side Academy knocked off Burrell, 3-0 in Class 2A, Section 2, while Seneca Valley pulled away from Pine-Richland, 4-1  to remain in the hunt for a possible playoff spot.

Meanwhile, in a battle of two top teams in Girls Class 4A, Fox Chapel beat Mt. Lebanon 3-2, in a non-section clash.
