On Friday night at Ambrose Urbanic Field, as the weather started to turn toward crisp and cool, the Pittsburgh Panthers men’s soccer team were in need of a result after two straight losses.
With No. 23 Clemson making a visit to Pittsburgh, the No. 25 Panthers knew they were in for a tough battle as both teams were desperate for a win after some ups and downs thus far this season. After giving up yet another first half goal, the Panthers kept their composure, and pushed forward to get a second half goal and earned a valuable point in this key matchup between the two schools which have won the ACC Coastal and Atlantic DIvision men’s soccer titles over the course of the previous two years.
PSN’s Dom Campbell was there to provide the match report.
In addition, Ed Thompson was also there to provide images from Ambrose as another solid crowd was on hand to support Pitt men’s soccer.
