WPIAL Girls Soccer Class 2A Quarterfinal Round (10/29/2022)

The WPIAL Girls Soccer playoffs continue Saturday, as WPIAL Girls Soccer Class 2A reaches the quarterfinal round.

The top two seeds in Class 2A are North Catholic, who’ve been making a habit of making it all the way to the WPIAL finals in this classification the previous three years (winning twice), and Mt. Pleasant, who have had an outstanding season.

Both started off the playoffs strong and will be looking to advance. For the Trojans, they’re looking for their fourth straight appearance in the Class 2A WPIAL Finals.

PSN’s Mark Goodman was at Avonworth on Tuesday, when the defending champs, who lost twice to North Catholic this season, won a one-sided affair vs Keystone Oaks.
