It’s a rare Sunday match day across the district in WPIAL Soccer, as both boys and girls non-section matches and opening weekend classics and tournaments continue.

For the 2023 High School soccer season, we will be using this forum to provide updates, scores, highlights, share your tweets and more from each day of action across the district.

The Pittsburgh Soccer Now team will be providing coverage of the final day at the JRK Classic hosted by Pine-Richland, which has brought together 12 boys teams, including 10 WPIAL schools and another two non-WPIAL schools (Wheeling Park and Kiski School).

We have the full Sunday schedule below.

On Saturday, at the JRK Memorial Classic, the hosts Pine-Richland defeat North Catholic, 2-0, non-WPIAL The Kiski School defeat the defending WPIAL Class 3A champs, Moon, 4-0, and four other matches.
