Robert Morris graduate forward Lidia Nduka was tabbed #HLWSOC Under Armour Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office today, Monday afternoon.

In RMU’s second week of action, they continued their win streak beating Akron 3-0 and Saint Francis 4-1. Nduka produced for the Colonials in both games.

Against Akron, the Colonials held a 1-0 lead with 18 minutes to go in the game. Nduka scored two key goals in under four minutes to secure another RMU victory, off passes from Emily Rocco and Taylor Day.

The Colonials then finished their four-game road trip against the Red Flash of Saint Francis yesterday. Nduka scored once again, this time off an assist by captain Kaoru Hayashi.

Overall, the German increased her goal total to five goals on the season, leading all Horizon League players in that category. During RMU’s four-game win streak to open the season, Nduka has scored in each match.

The Colonials next game will be their home opener at the North Athletic Complex, hosting Indiana State on Thursday, August 31 at 4:00 p.m.
