Along with undefeated Mars, Oakland Catholic are one of the favorites in Girls Class 3A playoffs. The only game Oakland Catholic lost was its first game of year at one of the top teams in Class 4A – Seneca Valley.

Matt Hayden held the previous mark of 63 since 1999. Breen has nearly half of his goals — 33 — this season for the Section 3-AAAA champion Knights (15-1-1), who are among the top seeds in the WPIAL Boys 4A playoffs which begin on Monday.
