Steel City FC release 2025 men’s schedule for first season in USL League Two

In 2025, Steel City FC’s senior men’s team will be kicking off a new season in a new league — USL League Two.

On Tuesday, the club released its 12-match schedule for the 2025 regular season.

The Men’s team will kick off their season on May 17th against familiar opponent, Akron City.

The two teams last saw each other on July 13th in the NPSL Great Lakes Conference Final where Steel City Men earned a back-to-back Great Lakes Champions title with a 2-0 over Akron City.

Just like the women’s team in the W-League, Steel City’s men’s team will compete in the Great Forest Division in League Two.

There are some familiar opponents (FC Buffalo, Akron City FC and a few new ones on Steel City’s schedule.

All home matches will be played at Founders Field – 101 Eisele Road, Cheswick, PA.

Krysinsky also served as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at his alma mater, Point Park University, where he led the Pioneers to the first-ever winning seasons and playoff berths (1996-98); head coach of North Catholic boys (2007-08), associate head coach of Shady Side Academy boys (2009-2014).
