PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC battled with Sacramento Republic FC to a scoreless draw Saturday night at Highmark Stadium.

This is the second straight scoreless draw for the Riverhounds (8-8-2), the first time in over five years this has happened, and it also marks the first ever game against Sacramento at home.

Pittsburgh head coach Bob Lilley spoke on the game overall and midfielder Danny Griffin added some insight on to what he saw on the pitch and what improvements the team made.
