PIAA Girls Soccer Semifinal Round Scoreboard: Moon, Avonworth and Riverview are headed to State Finals

The PIAA (State) girls soccer playoffs continued Tuesday with six WPIAL teams remaining in all four classifications.

When the smoke cleared, it was Moon (3A), Avonworth (2A) and Riverview (1A), who each moved on to play for the State Championship in each classification on Friday and Saturday in Mechanicsburg.  North Allegheny came up short, losing 2-0, to Conestoga.
