Century United FC’s Lilia Bhuta Earns USYNT Call-Up

The Bhuta name is back on the national stage.

Lilia Bhuta, a standout midfielder for Century United, has been named to the U.S. U-15 Girls’ Youth National Team roster for their upcoming international trip to England.

Bhuta’s inclusion highlights her strong performances at the club level with Century United FC, where she has developed into one of the region’s promising young players. Her selection reflects the continued emphasis on identifying top talent from across the country and integrating them into U.S. Soccer’s youth pipeline.

Bhuta, the younger sister of former USYNT captain and current Stanford star Mia Bhuta, will join the 20-player squad at St. George’s Park to face England on April 26 and 28.

She is the lone representative from Western Pennsylvania on this roster—a significant nod for both her development at Century and the Mt. Lebanon soccer community.
